Lettuce has no nutritional value
Lettuce is not comparable to the nutritional value of spinach or arugula. However, these vegetables contain vitamin A, C, K and B6. Lettuce is a green vegetable with a density of nutrients per calorie.Lettuce high water content and low in calories so you do not have to worry about weight gain while taking them. Lettuce is also a great way to introduce kids to vegetables because it's 'light'.
